Nora Hotel
As the awarded contractor for the Nora Hotel, we are thrilled to contribute to the first vertical development in the Nora District in West Palm Beach. This 5-story, 215,000 SF Boutique Hotel is located on North Railroad Avenue. The finishes will include Mediterranean and Spanish Colonial Revival influences. Jodis Quality Surfaces is honored to be a part of this signature project with Moss Construction.

2900 Terrace
2900 Terrace is a 38-story luxury residential tower rising in Edgewater, developed by Oak Row Equities and built by Coastal Construction, offering 324 expansive one- to three-bedroom residences with floor-to-ceiling glass and generous private terraces showcasing sweeping bay and skyline views.
